The General Authority for Public-Private Partnerships (IGPPP), proposes to launch a call for tenders for " The selection of a consulting firm and/or a multidisciplinary firm and/or an investment bank to assist the Tunisian Government in selecting a strategic partner for the development of the 'Ben Ghayadha' site in Mahdia”, whose deadline for receipt of tenders is 11 April 2025 at 5 p.m.

The opening of the tenders will take place on April 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at the IGPPP

The purpose of this call for tenders is to select a consulting firm and/or multidisciplinary firms and/or an investment banks to assist the Tunisian Government in choosing a strategic partner for the implementation of the Ben Ghayadha site development project, starting with the preparation of the project’s high level Urban planning concept, the definition of its legal structuring, the elaboration of a business plan, and the development of marketing supports to attract future private investors. The consortium (or firm) will also support the government in the tendering process and in the implementation of the project.

Proposals must be submitted in three (3) original copies, to the following address:

In addition to the original copies of the Technical Proposal, bidders must also submit an electronic version on a USB drive, to be included in the 4th envelope (only one USB is requested).

Any proposal received after the deadline will be rejected without exception.
