Invitation to Tender No. 01-2026 "Photovoltaic power plant with BESS system in Bazma-Kébili"

Within the framework of the national renewable energy development program, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy (the Ministry) invites interested Promoters to submit an offer for the implementation of a 300 MW photovoltaic solar power generation project integrating a 150MW/540MWh battery energy storage system (BESS), under a concession agreement, on a plot of land with an area of approximately 440 hectares located in Bazma in the governorate of Kebili.
The tender documents, along with any addenda, are sent by email to the Promoters who registered to participate in the tender via the following link: registration AO 01-2026 . Registration will remain open until May 8, 2026.
The deadline for receiving bids is set for Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at noon (Tunis time) at the following address:
